First time visit, cod & chips were cooked beautifully, unfortunately no choice of garden peas, only mushy or curry sauce. We sat in to eat, was 20, for 2 of us freshly cooked food, a proper cup of tea, & an orange juice. Will definitely be going back, going to try & make it a monthly visit for sure. Lovely friendly polite staff as well.

A quiet Monday morning. Ordered a frydays special, a large breakfast with tea and 2 slices of toast for 8.95. All basic ingredients, all cooked very well. Nearly gave a four star review as I like the food served on a warm plate but the smiley friendly service won the day. They said it would be a warm plate next time.

Went here while in Kettering for shopping been here several times in the past food is always fantastic lovely portions not too expensive staff are friendly helpful and in advisory capacity when undecided about certain dishes. Seating outside is limited as that is where the smokers sit but I've enjoyed chips and a diet Coke outside on several occasions in the sunny weather. Toilet area is clean and tidy no mess or damage sitting area is well laid out plenty of space stuff always on hand to help with mobility and that is a good thing to see in this day and age very well recommended if you're in Kettering and you love your fish and chips. That's also part of the building on the main road where you can go in like a regular chip shop if you're just going to get it and then take it home

Ordered first time and was not disappointed. The fish was nice and crispy. Chips were a little less for a medium portion, but that’s not a big deal as they are very reasonably priced.
